Scope of application:
TC-93 wall tile adhesive and TC-98 wall tile adhesive are suitable for bonding various small-sized facing materials. Among them, the suitable size for stone is below 20cmx20cm; the suitable size for ceramic tiles, polished tiles, and vitrified tiles is below 30cmx30cm.
TC-97 wall tile adhesive and TC-97A wall tile adhesive are suitable for bonding artificial and natural stones below 40cmx40cm and ceramic tiles, polished tiles, and glass tiles below 60cmx60cm.
It can also be used as a grouting material for places with larger brick seams.
TC-98 and TC-97A are also suitable for bonding decorative materials with a certain degree of transparency, such as glass tiles and glass mosaics.
When bonding low water absorption materials such as vitrified tiles, or when the base is brushed with a waterproof layer, it should be used with tile back glue.

Mixing:
Add a small amount of water to a clean container first, then pour the adhesive powder into the container, then add water, and stir evenly with an electric stirring tool. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes and then stir again. There should be no un-decomposed dry powder lumps in the slurry.
The consistency of the slurry should be easy to operate, not too dry or too thin, water: powder = 1:4.5 or so.
Construction:
◆Clean the base surface and remove surface dust, grease, and other substances that are not conducive to bonding. The base layer and facing materials do not need to be moistened with water. The bonding surface of the facing materials should be kept clean, and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth before bonding.
◆Apply the adhesive to the back of the tile with a suitable tool, then press it firmly against the wall, align it, and scrape off the excess adhesive. You can also apply the adhesive to the base layer, then paste the tile. Regardless of the method, ensure that the bonding surface is fully covered with adhesive.
When using the latter method, the area of application should not exceed 1.5M2 at a time.
◆Clean the residual slurry on the surface of the decorative material with a damp cloth before it solidifies, and clean the construction tools.
◆Grouting: Grout with a special grouting agent after 24 hours.
Precautions:
◆This series of products cannot be used on plastic, paint, or metal surfaces, nor can they be used for bonding tile glazes. When bonding is needed on tile glazes, it is recommended to use TC-200 interface treatment agent (suitable for tile interface treatment) produced by our company for surface treatment before the bonding process.
◆This product may be incompatible with some waterproof materials. When bonding on the surface of waterproof materials, a test should be conducted first, and our technical personnel should be consulted.
◆When bonding low water absorption facing materials such as vitrified tiles, it should be used with tile back glue.
◆The suitable thickness of the bonding layer is 3mm-5mm. An excessively thick bonding layer is not conducive to strength development. When the base layer is uneven, it should be leveled with appropriate materials first. Leaving a certain amount of brick seams is conducive to the hydration and strength development of the adhesive (tile adhesive), so the brick seams should be controlled to be greater than 2mm.
◆If too much water is added during mixing, do not pour out the excess water; dry powder can be used to adjust the consistency.
◆Do not add any materials, including cement, sand, and stones, during use.
◆Do not add water to the solidified slurry and reuse it.
Usage:
Approximately 5Kg per square meter (calculated at 3mm thickness).
Usable time after adding water: about 2 hours, final hardening time: after 72 hours
Packaging: 20kg/bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is 3 months. The opened product should be used up as soon as possible.
