All performance indicators comply with JC/T547 standard. ◆The product has high bonding strength and is suitable for bonding various inorganic decorative materials. ◆The shrinkage rate of the adhesive layer is extremely low, with moderate flexibility. ◆It has excellent water resistance; when used to bond tiles, it can effectively prevent wall leakage. ◆It is a solid powder; just add water and mix evenly on site for use, offering excellent operability. Scope of Application:
TC-93 wall tile adhesive and TC-98 wall tile adhesive are suitable for bonding various small-sized decorative materials. Among them, the suitable size for stone is below 20cmx20cm; for porcelain tiles, polished tiles, and vitrified tiles, the suitable size is below 30cmx30cm.
TC-97 wall tile adhesive and TC-97A wall tile adhesive are suitable for bonding artificial and natural stone below 40cmx40cm, and porcelain tiles, polished tiles, and glass bricks below 60cmx60cm.
Can also be used as a grouting material for areas with larger tile joints.
TC-98 and TC-97A are also suitable for bonding decorative materials with a certain degree of transparency, such as glass bricks and glass mosaics.
When bonding low-water absorption materials like vitrified tiles, or when the base layer has a waterproof coating, it should be used in conjunction with tile back adhesive.

Mixing:
First add a small amount of water to a clean container, then pour the adhesive powder into the container, add more water, and stir evenly with an electric mixing tool. Let it stand for 3~5 minutes before stirring again. There should be no undissolved dry lumps in the paste.
The consistency of the paste should be easy to operate, not too dry or too thin. Water:powder ratio is approximately 1:4.5.
Application:
◆Clean the substrate, removing dust, grease, and other substances unfavorable for bonding. Neither the base layer nor the decorative material needs to be wet with water. The bonding surface of the decorative material should be kept clean and wiped with a damp cloth before bonding.
◆Apply the adhesive paste to the back of the tile with a suitable tool, then press firmly onto the wall, align, and scrape off excess paste. Alternatively, apply the paste to the base layer and then attach the tile. Whichever method is used, ensure full coverage of the adhesive on the bonding surface.
When applying using the latter method, the area covered in one application should not exceed 1.5M².
◆Before hardening, clean any residual paste from the surface of the decorative material with a damp cloth, and clean the construction tools.
◆Grouting: Grout with a specialized grout after 24 hours.
Precautions:
◆This series of products cannot be used on plastic, painted, or metal surfaces, nor can it be used for bonding glazed tile surfaces. When bonding on glazed tile surfaces, it is recommended to pre-treat the surface with TC-200 interface treatment agent (suitable for tile interface treatment), produced by our company's process, before proceeding with the bonding process.
◆This product may be incompatible with some waterproofing materials. When bonding on the surface of waterproofing materials, a test should be conducted first, and our company's technical personnel should be consulted.
◆When bonding low-water absorption decorative materials like vitrified tiles, it should be used in conjunction with tile back adhesive.
◆The suitable thickness of the product's adhesive layer is 3mm-5mm. An excessively thick adhesive layer is not conducive to strength development. When the base layer's flatness is poor, it should be leveled with appropriate materials first. Leaving a certain tile joint helps the hydration and strength development of the adhesive (tile glue), so the tile joint should be controlled to be greater than 2mm.
◆If too much water is added during mixing, do not pour out the excess water; use dry powder to adjust the consistency.
◆Do not add any materials, including cement, sand, etc., during use.
◆Dried paste must not be re-used by adding water.
Coverage:
Approximately 5Kg per square meter (calculated at 3mm thickness).
Working time after adding water: approximately 2 hours, final hardening time: after 72 hours.
Packaging: 20 kg/bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place, valid for 3 months. Opened packages should be used as soon as possible.
