Scope of Application:
TC-93 Wall Tile Adhesive and TC-98 Wall Tile Adhesive are suitable for bonding various small-sized decorative materials. For stone, suitable specifications are below 20cmx20cm; for porcelain tiles, polished tiles, and vitrified tiles, suitable specifications are below 30cmx30cm.
TC-97 Wall Tile Adhesive and TC-97A Wall Tile Adhesive are suitable for bonding artificial and natural stone below 40cmx40cm, and porcelain tiles, polished tiles, and glass bricks below 60cmx60cm.
Can also be used as a grouting material for areas with larger tile joints.
TC-98 and TC-97A are also suitable for bonding decorative materials with a certain degree of transparency, such as glass bricks and glass mosaics.
When bonding low-water absorption materials like vitrified tiles, or when the base layer has a waterproof coating, it should be used in conjunction with tile back adhesive.

Mixing:
First, add a small amount of water into a clean container, then pour the adhesive powder into the container, add more water, and mix thoroughly with an electric stirring tool. Let it stand for 3~5 minutes before stirring again. There should be no undissolved dry powder lumps in the mixture.
The consistency of the mixture should be easy to work with, neither too dry nor too thin. Water:Powder = approximately 1:4.5.
Application:
◆Clean the substrate, remove floating dust, grease, and other substances unfavorable for bonding. Neither the base layer nor the decorative material needs to be moistened with water. The bonding surface of the decorative material should be kept clean and wiped with a damp cloth before application.
◆Apply the adhesive mortar to the back of the tile with a suitable tool, then press it firmly onto the wall, align it, and scrape off excess mortar. Alternatively, the mortar can be applied to the base layer, and then the tile can be affixed. Regardless of the method, ensure full coverage of the adhesive on the bonding surface.
When using the latter method, the area covered in one application should not exceed 1.5M².
◆Before drying, use a damp cloth to clean any residual mortar from the surface of the decorative material and clean construction tools.
◆Grouting: Grout after 24 hours using a special grouting agent.
Precautions:
◆This series of products cannot be used on plastic, painted, or metal surfaces, nor on glazed tile surfaces for bonding. When bonding to a glazed tile surface is required, it is recommended to pre-treat the surface with TC-200 interface treatment agent (suitable for tile interface treatment) produced by our company before proceeding with the bonding process.
◆This product may be incompatible with some waterproofing materials. When bonding to a waterproof material surface, tests should be conducted first, and our company's technical personnel should be consulted.
◆When bonding low-water absorption decorative materials like vitrified tiles, it should be used in conjunction with tile back adhesive.
◆The suitable thickness of the product's adhesive layer is 3mm-5mm. An excessively thick adhesive layer is not conducive to strength development. When the substrate flatness is poor, it should first be leveled with appropriate materials. Leaving a certain tile joint is beneficial for the hydration and strength development of the adhesive (tile adhesive), so the tile joint should be controlled to be greater than 2mm.
◆If too much water is added during mixing, do not pour out the excess water; use dry powder to adjust the consistency.
◆Do not add any materials, including cement, sand, or gravel, during use.
◆Dried mortar is forbidden to be re-used by adding water.
Dosage:
Approximately 5Kg per square meter (calculated for 3mm thickness).
Working time after adding water: approximately 2 hours, final hardening time: after 72 hours
Packaging: 20 kg/bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place, valid for 3 months. Opened packages should be used as soon as possible.
