Product Overview:
This material integrates the good elasticity and deformation performance of rubber materials and the characteristics of inorganic materials. It can be widely used in various waterproof projects, repair projects, or sealing, grouting, and anti-corrosion layers of engineering structures. It is widely used in construction, bridges, roads, and water conservancy projects, and is an updated product of traditional waterproof materials.
Scope of Application:
Widely used in exterior walls, roofs, civil air defense projects, kitchens and bathrooms, tunnels, bridges, granaries, etc.; waterproof for curved, irregular structures, and complex parts; especially for repairs under dynamic loads and vibrations (such as roads and bridges).

Construction Instructions:
Mixing: This is a two-component product. When using, pour the additive component into the packaging bucket (or other container), stir with a low-speed electric drill (approximately 400 rpm) (or stir manually), and slowly add the matching powder component while stirring. Stir for 2-3 minutes until a uniform and fine mixture is obtained. It is best to let it stand for 5 minutes, stir again before operation.
Construction: If the base layer is too dry before construction, first moisten the surface slightly with water, or use the prepared slurry diluted with water to apply a base coat; a brush or roller brush can be used for construction, with each construction width being 120mm-200mm; a small amount of water can be added during mixing to adjust the consistency. For places where cracks are expected to easily occur, a carcass reinforcing material can be laid. The prepared mixture should be used up as soon as possible (within about 3 hours).
Apply the slurry evenly and crosswise in a vertical direction to achieve the best coverage. Pay attention to avoid missing any areas. Generally, at least two coats are required. Each coat should be kept at a certain interval, and the next coat must be applied only after the previous coat has dried and is no longer sticky.
