Scope of application:
TC-100 interface treatment agent is suitable for the renovation of mosaic walls or floors, as well as the surface treatment of concrete, various building blocks, prefabricated components, and the connection of new and old concrete.
TC-200 interface treatment agent is suitable for the renovation of glazed tiles, polished tiles, marble, granite walls, and floors, as well as the surface treatment of concrete, various building blocks, prefabricated components, and cement mortar plaster layers, and the connection of new and old concrete. It can also be used for gypsum board surface treatment, but the gypsum board must have sufficient surface strength.

Mixing:
Add a small amount of water to a clean container first, then pour the TC-200 bonding agent powder into the container, then add water, and stir evenly with an electric stirring tool. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes and then stir again. There should be no undecomposed dry powder lumps in the slurry.
The slurry consistency should be easy to operate, not too dry or too thin, water: powder = 1:4.5 or so.
Construction:
◆Clean the surface to be treated, remove surface dust, grease, and other substances that are not conducive to bonding, remove loose and damaged mosaics, and fill them with cement mortar.
◆Apply the adhesive evenly to the surface of the old decorative layer with a suitable tool (thickness about 1.5mm), and after the surface is dry, apply another layer (thickness about 1.5mm, and completely cover the first layer).
◆After the treatment agent is completely dry and hard, new decoration construction can be carried out.
◆If painting coatings, it is recommended to use the exterior putty produced by our company for better results.
◆If tiling, it is recommended to use our company's wall tile adhesive series products.
Precautions:
◆This series of products is not suitable for plastic, paint, and metal surfaces. TC-100 interface treatment agent is not suitable for glazed tiles.
◆If too much water is added during mixing, do not pour out the excess water; dry powder can be used to adjust the consistency.
◆Do not add any materials during use.
Usage: About 3-4Kg per square meter (calculated at 2mm thickness).
Usable time after adding water: about 2 hours, final drying time: 72 hours
Packaging: 25kg/bag.
Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is 3 months. The opened product should be used up as soon as possible.
