II. Usage
1. First, chisel the leaking point or seam into a vertical bell mouth, clean up debris or loose powdery substances, and moisten with water.
2. Put the leak sealer into a suitable mixing container, add 0.3~0.35 kg of water to one kilogram of leak sealer, and quickly mix into a slurry. The mixing time should not exceed 30 seconds. Below 5℃, water above 20℃ should be used for mixing.
3. Put the mixed leak sealing mud on your hand. When the mud feels hot and slightly hard, quickly press it down in the direction of the leak, and hold it for a certain time before releasing your hand. Generally, the water can be stopped within 10 minutes.
4. After sealing the water, apply waterproof mortar to the surface, and surface curing for 7 days.
5. For water seepage pits, the dry leak sealer powder can be directly put into the pit, then stepped on, and the foot can be released after hardening.
6. After the leak sealer hardens, the outdoor areas should be plastered with cement mortar to prevent sun exposure, and water should be sprinkled for curing.
III. Precautions:
1. During construction, the amount of slurry mixed each time should not be too large, otherwise, it will harden due to not being used up in time, causing waste.
2. Personnel who perform leak sealing operations for a long time should wear rubber gloves.
IV. Storage: The leak sealer must be stored in a sealed container in a dry environment, with a shelf life of six months. Use it up once after opening the bag. If it is found to be damp and caked, it cannot be used.
