Mixing:
Pour clean water into a suitable container, then slowly add the FangShenBao dry powder according to the proportion. Use an electric mixing tool to mix thoroughly until the slurry is free of any undispersed dry powder lumps. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes, then stir for another 2-3 minutes before use.
The water-cement ratio should be controlled at around 1:5, i.e., about 5 liters of water for 25KG of FangShenBao. The consistency of the slurry should be easy to spread, and should not be too thin or too dry.
It is strongly recommended to use an electric mixing tool for optimal results.
Construction:
◆Clean the base surface. When the base surface is dry or the temperature is high, moisten the base surface first, but there should be no standing water. Apply the FangShenBao slurry to the base surface with a scraper, and then smooth it with a scraper or other suitable tool.
◆The construction thickness should be 3-5MM, and the construction thickness should not be less than 3MM.
◆After 24 hours, depending on the weather conditions, the surface can be properly cured with water, and curing 2-3 times is sufficient.
Precautions:
◆This product is a rigid waterproof material and cannot be used on plastic, paint, or metal surfaces. It should also not be used as roof waterproofing. Please consult our technical staff for details.
◆The base layer should be flat and firm. When used on a base surface with poor flatness, please first level it with cement mortar. When leveling, do not use pure cement slurry to press and polish.
◆If too much water is added during mixing, do not pour out the excess water; adjust the consistency with dry powder.
◆Do not add any materials during use.
◆Avoid direct sunlight or rain during construction.
